H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, received H.E. Mr. Abdullah Abu Rumman, Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Republic of Tunisia, at the Organization’s headquarters on October 9, 2026.
The meeting focused on ways to further strengthen cooperation between ALECSO and Jordan. The Director-General briefed the Ambassador on the Organization’s upcoming activities and initiatives in the fields of education, culture, and science.
For his part, the Ambassador expressed his appreciation for the Director-General’s efforts to provide expertise to Arab countries and support the development of plans and strategies in ALECSO’s areas of competence. He also underscored the importance of strengthening coordination and joint efforts between the Organization and Arab countries to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
