She expressed her sincere gratitude to the Director-General of ALECSO, affirming that ALECSO is a strategic partner and a key contributor to cultural development in Djibouti.
The training program focused on the design and implementation of workshops of strategic importance, aimed at consolidating the role of culture, heritage, and creative industries as pillars of cultural identity and national memory. It also emphasized their role as drivers of cultural investment and youth employment, as well as instruments of attraction, innovation, and cultural diplomacy.
Furthermore, the program sought to empower young artists to understand the theatrical process as an integrated system, beginning with creative performance and extending to the stages of distribution and marketing, while equipping them with practical skills across all phases of theatrical production.
