H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, took part in the 164 th ordinary session of the Council of the League of Arab States at the ministerial level. The meeting was held on September 4, 2025 at the headquarters of the Arab League General Secretariat in Cairo.
