ALECSO honors 3rd batch of beneficiaries of the On-the-Job Training Program provided by the Misk Foundation’s Skills Track

 

 

The Director-General of ALECSO, H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, chaired a ceremony, on December 2, 2024, at ALECSO headquarters, to honor the beneficiaries of the On-the-Job Training Program offered by the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk) in partnership with the Saudi National Commission for Education, Culture, and Science.

The ceremony was attended by H.E. Dr. Abdulaziz bin Ali Al-Saqr, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Tunisia, H.E. Mr. Yasser bin Mohammed Arafa, Head of Communication and Information Sector at the Saudi National Commission for Education, Culture, and Science, H.E. Ms. Asma Al-Jasser, Director of Misk Skills at Misk Foundation, along with members of the Program team, directors of Technical Departments, and experts from ALECSO.

In his remarks on this occasion, the Director-General of ALECSO commended the success of the training program, prepared in collaboration and coordination with the Saudi National Commission for Education, Culture, and Science. He appreciated the devotion and keen interest demonstrated by the trainees in taking best advantage of this training experience. He emphasized ALECSO’s commitment to empowering youth in Arab countries through education and culture, as well as through enhanced access to knowledge, science, and technology. He wished the trainees full success in their future careers, urging them to serve as ambassadors for ALECSO.

The Saudi Ambassador to Tunisia expressed his thanks to ALECSO and congratulated the trainees on successfully completing the training program.

The Director of Misk Skills  expressed appreciation of the young talents involved in the training program, and emphasized the Foundation's commitment to nurturing national talents. She underlined the importance of increasing cooperation with international organizations in order to offer wider prospects for youth. She thanked ALECSO for its efforts in implementing the training program.

Ten trainees participated in the On-the-Job training program at ALECSO this year, under the guidance of ALECSO’s Department Directors and experts.
