H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, received, at ALECSO headquarters, Dr. Abdullah Al-Shami, Director-General of the Arab Planning Institute (Kuwait).
The Director-General commended the Memorandum of Understanding signed between ALECSO and the Institute at the opening session of the Forum for the Heads of Arab Scientific Research Councils and Bodies. He underlined the importance of strengthening inter-Arab cooperation and pooling efforts to support scientific research in the Arab world.
For his part, Dr. Al-Shami highlighted the importance of enhancing cooperation among Arab research centers in order to further advance scientific research in the Arab world.
