H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, paid a courtesy visit, on July 18, 2024, to H.E. Mr. Zayed bin Saeed Al-Khayarin, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Tunisia.
The Director-General congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment to this position, wishing him every success in his diplomatic mission in Tunisia.
The Director-General took this opportunity to better familiarize the Ambassador with ALECSO’s mandate, current activities and future programs. He commended Qatar’s efforts in support of ALECSO’s activities and programs, including the ongoing preparations for Qatar’s hosting of the 14th Conference of Arab Education Ministers and the 3rd Mathematics Olympiad, to be held in November 2024.
For his part, the Ambassador thanked the Director-General for this visit which offered an opportunity to address topics related to the ALECSO’s fields of action. He commended the significant role that ALECSO plays in the service of joint Arab action.
