ALECSO Director-General participates in “Hamdan-ALECSO Award for Distinguished Educational Research” Ceremony

H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director General of ALECSO, participated, on May 21, 2024, in the 26th Hamdan-ALECSO Award for Distinguished Educational Research ceremony, which was attended by HH Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Supreme Chairman of Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences, H.E. Mr. Humaid Al Qatami, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Hamdan Foundation, H.E. Dr. Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Secretary-General and CEO of Hamdan Foundation, along with a number of prominent scholars, intellectuals, educators, and Award-winning students.

Addressing the Award ceremony, the Director-General thanked the managers of the Hamdan Foundation for their significant role in supporting and encouraging innovators to advance educational and scientific research, especially through the Hamdan-ALECSO Award for Distinguished Educational Research which contributes to discovering talents in the Arab countries and granting them opportunities to embrace excellence and distinction in an ever-changing world.

The Director-General also thanked the organizers of the Award which is annually attracting more participants. He stressed that ALECSO is keen to encourage educational researchers and draw maximum benefit from the fruits of educational research in developing its action plans and programs, as well as in enriching its journals, particularly the Arab Journal of Education. He commended the fruitful partnership between ALECSO and Hamdan Foundation, highlighting its crucial role in motivating researchers towards more creativity and innovation.
