The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization is pleased to invite contributions to the 36th issue of the “Arab Journal of Information”. Research paper requirements :
- A scholarly research that is either original or translated (in which case the translator must produce documents certifying the legality of the translation and publishing);
- A topic that falls within the Journal’s fields of interests (the use of ICT in education, culture and science);
- The paper must not have been submitted for publication in any other journal, and must not be submitted to any other journal if it is accepted for publication in the ALECSO Journal of Information;
- A title and an abstract in Arabic (200-250 words);
- A title and an abstract in English (200 to 250 words);
- 5 to 7 keywords in Arabic and English;
- Length of paper : 15-20 pages (6000-8000 words), including abstracts, appendices and references).
Author’s responsibility :
The author shall bear full responsibility for the content of his/her paper and for any violation of the ethics of scientific research or of intellectual property rights.
Organizational aspects :
- The researcher receives notification of receipt of his/her research paper within 48 hours from the date of sending it via e-mail. He receives notification of the Refereeing Committee’s decision within 60 days from the date of sending the paper.
- The Journal does not charge any fees for the publishing of research papers.
- An honorarium of US$ 200 will be paid for each research paper published.
- The author, after being notified of the receipt of his paper and after submitting the paper to the Refereeing Committee, may request to withdraw it before publication, in exchange for payment of US$200 as refereeing costs.
