Under the directions of H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, the Department of Science and Scientific Research participated in the First University Pedagogical Forum, organized by the Tunisian Educational Coalition on February 23-25, 2024 in Hammamet, Tunisia, under the theme of “The Future of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Tunisia : Societal Dialogue and Participatory Approach”.
ALECSO was represented in this Forum by Dr. Khaled Hussein, Expert at the Department of Science and Scientific Research, who delivered a statement at the opening session in which he conveyed to all participants the greetings of H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, and Dr. Mohamed Sanad Abu Darwish, Director of the Department of Science and Scientific Research, and their wishes for the success of the Forum.
On the second day of the Forum, the Organization’s representative contributed a presentation on ALECSO’s efforts in the field of higher education and scientific research in the Arab world. He also took part in other relevant discussions conducted during the Forum.
At the conclusion of the Forum, the President of the Tunisian Educational Coalition thanked the Organization for its valuable participation in the Forum, looking forward to more fruitful cooperation between ALECSO and national higher education and scientific research institutions.
