 ALECSO participates in launch ceremony   of the Pan-African Wound Healing Association

 

 

The Director of the Department of Science and Scientific Research, Dr. Mohamed Sanad Abu Darwish,  participated, on behalf of H.E. Director-General, Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, in the launch ceremony of the Pan-African Wound Healing Association, held on March 1, 2024, in Tunis, Tunisia, under the patronage of H.E. Mr. Ali Mrabet, Tunisian Minister of Health,

Addressing the ceremony, Dr. Abu Darwish conveyed the greetings of the Director-General of ALECSO, and commended the establishment of the Pan-African Wound Healing Association, wishing it full success in achieving its goals.

Dr. Abu Darwish reviewed, on this occasion, some of the main projects implemented by ALECSO as part of its endeavor to promote well-being and good health for Arab citizens, in pursuit of comprehensive and sustainable development. He indicated, in this context, that ALECSO has provided, within its budget for the financial cycle 2025-2026, a number of projects in this regard, including those related to “Air Quality in the Arab World,” “Health Vigilance,” and “Sustainable Recycling of Hazardous and Medical Waste.” He concluded by stressing ALECSO’s  openness to all Arab, regional and international institutions desirous of forging fruitful and constructive partnerships in all fields of shared interest.
