H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, paid a working visit, on November 7, 2023, to H.E. Mr. Azzouz Baallal, Ambassador of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Republic of Tunisia.
The meeting reviewed the joint activities and programs between ALECSO and Algeria, particularly the follow-up to the implementation of the recommendations adopted at the 18th Conference of Arab Ministers of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the 3rd Conference of Arab Ministers and Officials in Charge of Technical and Vocational Education and Training, held in Algeria in December 2021 and December 2022, respectively.
The Director-General commended the significant level of cooperation between ALECSO and Algeria, and the joint determination to further enhance this cooperation in the educational, cultural and scientific fields.
For his part, the Ambassador thanked the Director-General for this visit which offered him an opportunity to gain better knowledge about ALECSO’s programs and activities scheduled in the second tranche of ALECSO’s Action Plan 2023-2028.
