H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, received, on October 30, 2023, at ALECSO headquarters, Dr. Khaled Al-Anani, former Egyptian Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, the Arab candidate for the position of Director-General of UNESCO for the period 2025- 2029.
The meeting was attended by H.E. Mr. Ehab Mostafa Fahmy, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of Tunisia.
The Director-General welcomed Dr. Khaled Al-Anani, affirmed ALECSO’s support for his candidacy in view of his great expertise and high competence, and wished him success in winning this international position.
