The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) expresses its full solidarity with the State of Libya following the devastating storm and floods that swept a number of Libyan regions on September 10, 2023, causing immense human and infrastructural losses. It conveys its deepest condolences and sympathy to the leadership, government and people of Libya, and to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
