H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, took part in the International Forum on : “The Arbitration Code : Thirty years after its Establishment. Guiding Principles of International Commercial Arbitration”, organized by the ALECSO Chair on International Commercial Arbitration at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, University of Tunis El-Manar.
The Forum kicked off on April 26, 2023, in Tunis, Tunisia, under the supervision of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences and ALECSO, and with the support of Hanns Seidel Foundation.
In addition to the Director-General, ALECSO was represented, in this Forum, by Dr. Mourad Mahmoudi, Secretary of the Executive Board and General Conference, Acting Director of the Culture Department.
