The Institute of Arabic Manuscripts, a subsidiary institution of ALECSO, celebrated, on March 16, 2023, the International Women’s Day through a scientific lecture that was broadcast live on the Institute’s website.
The event was moderated by Dr. Mourad Rifi, Director of the Institute, who underlined the efforts of ALECSO to promote women’s empowerment in all fields. He emphasized that the Institute is actively engaged in this effort, indicating that the Institute’s Action Plan for the years 2023-2024 includes a series of events and initiatives designed to highlight the valuable contribution of Arab women to Arab thought and authorship.
