The Institute of Arab Research and Studies organized, on March 8, 2023, jointly with the China International Communications Group, China Today Magazine, and Bayt-el-Hekma Group, a symposium on “Chinese-Arab Strategic Partnership : Current Reality and Future Prospects”.
Speaking at the opening of the symposium, Dr. Muhammad Kamal, Director of the Institute, highlighted the importance of Arab-Chinese relations, and the significant scope of convergence between China and the Arab world in terms of visions and interests. He stressed the need to further strengthen educational and research cooperation between Chinese universities and think-tanks, and their counterparts in the Arab world.
The symposium discussed a range of issues pertaining to cooperation between China and the Arab countries in various fields.
