The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) held, on February 7-9, 2023 in Rabat, Morocco, a training workshop on “Developing Youth’s decision-making and life skills”.
The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Rami Iskander, Director of the Education Department at ALECSO, and H.E. Dr. Jamal-Eddine El-Aloua, Secretary-General of the Moroccan National Commission for Education, Science and Culture.
The workshop was designed to strengthen trainees’ ability to :
- Acquire communication skills through participatory group work;
- Gain communication intelligence in work environments;
- Develop self-management and entrepreneurial skills;
- Develop innovation and decision-making skills.
