As part of the International Conference & Exhibition for Science (ICES2023), held at King Saud University, Saudi Arabia, on February 6-8, 2023, and at the kind invitation of H.E. Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Sabeel, a delegation from the participating institutions paid a visit to the headquarters of the Arab Awards Forum and King Faisal Prize.
ALECSO was represented in this visit by Dr. Mohammad Sanad Abu-Darwish, Director of Science and Scientific Research.
The visit was an opportunity to learn about the great efforts made by the Forum to advance science and scientific research in the Arab world, through the various awards granted by the Forum, in addition to King Faisal Prize awarded to prominent Arab and international scientific personalities having made significant contributions to serve humanity in various fields.
The representative of ALECSO conveyed the greetings of H.E. Director-General, Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, to the management and affiliates of the Forum, and his appreciation of the great efforts made by the Arab Awards Forum and King Faisal Prize to serve science and pay tribute to scholars. He reaffirmed, on this occasion, ALECSO’s keenness to pursue cooperation with Arab institutions in such a manner as to consolidate joint Arab action and serve Arab societies in the educational, cultural and scientific fields.
