H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, paid a courtesy visit, on January 25, 2023, to H.E. Dr. Iman Ahmed Al Salami, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Tunisia
The Director General took this opportunity to make a brief overview about the activities and programs implemented by ALECSO in its fields of competence. He stressed the Organization’s keen interest in scaling up cooperation with the UAE, and commended the continuous support offered by the UAE to ALECSO.
For her part, the Ambassador expressed her appreciation of the Organization’s significant role in promoting the dissemination of science and knowledge throughout the Arab world, and the high interest it attaches to key strategic sectors concerned with education, culture, science and scientific research. She affirmed her readiness to further strengthen relations between the UAE and ALECSO.
