The workshop on “Methods for Building Sustainable Development Indicators and Monitoring, Evaluation and Utilization Systems” kicked off on December 2, 2022.
The workshop is held by the Science and Scientific Research Department, jointly with the ALECSO Observatory, and in collaboration with the Lebanese National Commission for Education, Culture and Science. It is attended by experts from regional and international organizations, including FAO, ESCWA, ACSAD, the Center for Educational Research and Development (Lebanon), and the Sustainable Development Solutions Network.
The workshop aims to explore regional and international experiences in relation to the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals, especially as regards building and monitoring indicators as a means of promoting policy-making and developing the Arab institutional structure.
