As part of his visit to the Kingdom of Morocco, H.E. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, met, on November 25, 2022, with H.E. Mr. Younes Sekkouri, Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills.
The meeting was an opportunity to review aspects of cooperation between ALECSO and the Ministry in the field of vocational training and the related orientations in terms of guidance, economic integration, labor market, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.
The Director-General highlighted the key lines of action of ALECSO’s technical departments and subsidiary institutions. He indicated that ALECSO attaches high importance to education and vocational training, by providing ToT programs and producing reference frameworks in this vital economic sector, while seeking to build linkages between the school and vocational training.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Jamal Eddine El Aloua, Secretary-General of the Moroccan National Commission for Education, Culture and Science, Dr. Abdelfattah Lahjomri, Director of the Rabat-based Arabization Coordination Bureau, and Mr. Abdelhedi Ghamari, Project Coordinator at the Culture Department.
