H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, received, on August 11, 2022, Ms. Kheira Hanna Ndoumbe, Officer at the Representation of the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) for North Africa in Tunis.
The meeting addressed the work of the OIF office in Tunis, which covers Tunisia, Mauritania and Morocco, and the OIF programs implemented in these countries. It also discussed ways of enhancing cooperation between the two parties in pursuit of shared goals.
The Director-General thanked the OIF representative for paying visit to the Organization to learn more about its programs and activities. He also expressed appreciation of the significant partnership between ALECSO and the OIF which jointly organize the “Ibn Khaldoun-Senghor Translation Award”. He took this opportunity to put forward some ideas and initiatives that would open up wider prospects for more cooperation between the two parties.
