On the sidelines of the Seventh International Conference on Adult Education (CONFINTEA VII), hosted by Morocco on June 15-17, 2022, H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, and Mr. Mario Franco, President of “Millennium@EDU SUSTAINABLE EDUCATION”, signed, on June 16, 2022, a cooperation agreement, as part of an initiative entitled : “A computer for every student and every teacher in the Arab world for purposes of sustainable education”.
The agreement seeks to contribute to the technological sovereignty of the Arab region, through the consolidation of an ICT ecosystem that helps achieve the Sustainable Development Goals 2030, particularly Goal 4 which aims to “ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all”.
