H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, took part in a panel session attended by H.E. Jordanian Minister of Culture and other ministers. This session, held as part of the launch of the “Irbid, Capital of Arab Culture 2022” event, addressed issues pertaining to culture in the Arab world.
The Director-General took this opportunity to present ALECSO’s future directions in the field of culture, especially following the adoption of the updated Comprehensive Plan for Arab Culture.
At the conclusion of the session, the Director-General offered the Jordanian Culture Minister an oil painting showing the city of Irbid, the Capital of Arab Culture for 2022.
