The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) participated in the 53rd meeting of the Higher Coordination Committee for Joint Arab Action, held, at expert level, on May 29, 2022 in Tunis, Tunisia.
The meeting was opened by Mr. Mohamed Khair Abdelqader, Director of the Arab Organizations and Federations Department. The items of the agenda included follow-up on the implementation of the decisions of the 52nd session, along with the repercussions of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, the Smart University, and the Arab cyber-security strategy.
ALECSO was represented in this meeting by Dr. Mohamed Jemni, Director of ICT Department, who highlighted the Organization’s vision and experience regarding the Smart University, Cloud Computing, and Cyber-security.
The meeting is expected to come out with a shared vision that serves the Education Agenda 2030.
