ALECSO’s Executive Board concludes its 116th session 

 

 

The 116th session of the Executive Board of ALECSO, hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, was concluded on January 26, 2022.

This session issued fifteen (15) resolutions pertaining to the procedural, thematic, financial and administrative items included on its agenda.

Closing remarks were offered by H.E. Mr. Hani bin Moqbel Al-Moqbel, President of the Board, and H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO.

The President of the Board thanked all the Kingdom’s guests for their active participation and continued support for the Organization, and for the high sense of responsibility they showed in addressing the various agenda items, which would help the Organization scale up its performance and face any difficulties and challenges it might encounter. He also expressed appreciation of the fraternal atmosphere that prevailed throughout the session.

On his part, the Director-General of ALECSO reiterated his sincere thanks and deep gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz and HRH Crown Prince, Mohammad bin Salman, for having kindly hosted the 116th session of the Executive Board in Saudi Arabia. He commended the warm hospitality extended to all participants and the excellent organization of the meeting. He thanked H.H. Prince Badr bin Farhan, Saudi Minister of Culture and President of the Saudi National Commission for Education, Culture and Science, and H.E. Mr. Hattan bin Samman, Secretary-General of the Commission. He extended his thanks to H.E. Mr. Hani bin Moqbel Al Moqbel, President of the Executive Board, for his excellent management of the Board’s work, as well as to all members of the Executive Board for their valuable participation, both in person and remotely, which made it possible to achieve the desired results.
