H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, chaired, on November 3, 2021, the inauguration of the Regional Forum on “The Empowerment of Creative Arab Women : Ongoing and Emerging Challenges”.
This event is held by ALECSO in collaboration with the Mauritanian Ministry of Culture, Youth, Sports, and Relations with Parliament and with “Mouhit Center” - Nouakchott.
The opening session was attended by H.E. Mr. Mokhtar Ould Dahi, Minister of Culture, Youth, Sports and Relations with Parliament; H.E. Mrs. Naha Mint Mouknass, Minister of Trade, Handicrafts and Tourism; H.E. Mrs. Amal Sidi Cheikh Abdallah, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; and H.E. Mrs. Naha Mint Haroun Ould Cheikh Sidiya, Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood.
