The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ICT Department) is pleased to announce the organization, on October 19-21, 2021, of the Second Arab Open Access Forum in partnership with the Arab Community of Open Access (ACOA). The Forum’s website is launched, and the call for participation is open as from April 29, 2021.
The Arab Open Access Week is an opportunity for the academic and research community to learn about the benefits and advantages of Open Access and its new developments, promote the Arabic content and make it freely available online, support relevant educational programs, and monitor outstanding Open Access experiences and initiatives in the Arab world.
The Scientific Committee invites researchers and specialists in universities, faculties, research centers, and other relevant institutions in the Arab world to contribute research and scientific papers to this Forum whose details are provided on the following website: https://alecso.org/openaccessweek
