As part of the “ALECSO Talks” series held by the Culture Department, and in celebration of International Women’s Day, H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, chaired, on March 9, 2021, a webinar on “The role of women in political and diplomatic life.
The webinar was attended by prominent Arab women-politicians and diplomats who highlighted the policies pursued by their respective countries and organizations to promote women’s rights and foster their role in all fields. They also presented significant aspects of their experience in the political and diplomatic positions they currently hold.
