The 10th edition of the International Platform on Integrating Arab e-Infrastructure in a Global Environment (e-AGE20), organized by the Arab States Research and Education Network (ASREN), was held virtually on December 15-16, 2020. Its focus was on the role of e-Infrastructures in the COVID-19 crisis
E-AGE20 is a forum to share practices and experiences that go beyond teaching online courses and sharing resources in today’s unprecedented isolation. National research and education networks (NRENs) and e-Infrastructures provide essential means to stay connected and to meet the new challenges of research and education. E-AGE20 came with “Power of e-Infrastructures – Shaping the Future of Online Research and Education” as the main theme of the conference and all activities are centered on it.
ALECSO was represented in this event by Dr. Mohamed Jemni, Director of the ICT Department, who gave a keynote lecture on "ALECSO’s e-learning initiatives in response to the COVID-19 crisis”.
