The Arab Forum for Technological and Human Development, in cooperation with Egypt’s Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities, held, on December 5-6, 2020, the 14th International Conference on Online Education under the theme : “Digital Empowerment and Artificial Intelligence in Education”.
The Conference addressed the importance of using digital technologies and artificial intelligence to develop human skills, improve the means for lifelong learning, increase access to education for all, and enhance the quality of education through the use of advanced methods to build critical thinking and creative skills.
ALECSO was represented in this event by Dr. Mohamed Jemni, Director of the ICT Department, who delivered a keynote lecture, entitled “Artificial Intelligence in Education in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution”, in which he highlighted the vast opportunities provided by digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence tools to improve learning outcomes and upgrade the management of educational systems.
