The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO), represented by its Director-General Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, mourns with great sadness and deep sorrow the great loss of the late Emir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, who passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2020.
