The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) is pleased to announce the release of the 4th issue of the “ALECSO Scientific Bulletin” (August 2020) under the title: “The Covid-19 Pandemic and its Implications on Sustainable Development Goals”.
The bulletin offers scientific articles on relevant topics, including: “The importance of education in achieving the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and mitigating the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic,” “Has the Covid-19 pandemic affected the environment?”, and “Health and the Covid-19 pandemic: Lessons for the future”. These and other articles were contributed by specialized experts from Jordan, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and Syria.
ALECSO looks forward to the contributions of Arab and non-Arab academics, experts, researchers and specialists from all disciplines, to the upcoming issues of the bulletin, which will help identify possible solutions in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and develop a forward-looking vision for crisis prevention and management.
