H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO), offers his sincere condolences to H.E President of the Republic of Lebanon, to H.E. Prime Minister, and to the entire Lebanese people, following the massive blast that occurred in the port area in Beirut, which killed dozens of people and injured thousands, and caused widespread and massive damage. He prays to Allah to bestow His mercy upon the victims, to grant speedy recovery to all those injured, and to help Lebanon surmount this painful catastrophe.
